Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your Baby Elegance purchase it is free to return to us within 28 days. If you would like us to collect from your home or workplace please contact us at: hello@babyelegance.com

Please note that we will reply to you within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday) with a collection date. The collection will take place between 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday and no time can be allocated.

If we find that the product has been tampered with and is not suitable for resale we can not refund you and we will simply post the item back to you.

We will refund your delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged but we will not do this if an item is simply not wanted, except where the EU right of withdrawal applies (see below).

EU Right of Withdrawal
In addition to our standard 28-day returns policy, if you are located in the European Union you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, sign in to your account and select "Return items" on your order, or use our withdrawal function. We will confirm receipt of your request by email. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days — though we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return. You have 14 days from notifying us to return the goods. Return shipping is free. Certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including sealed hygiene products (such as mattress protectors) where the seal has been broken after delivery.
