Delivery is free for orders over €30.

*Applies to mainland Ireland only.

For customers in the UK or Europe a shipping rate will be applied at the time of ordering.

Our partners for deliveries is DHL. Please ensure to include your mobile number and email when purchasing to take advantage of the notification service. This enables you to receive a text and email with a delivery estimate.

 


Republic of Ireland – Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your Baby Elegance purchase it is free to return to us within 28 days. If you would like us to collect from your home or workplace please contact us at: returns@babyelegance.com

Please note that we will reply to you within 24 hours with a collection date. The collection will take place between 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday and no time can be allocated.

Alternately you can return the item to one of our stores in Dundrum or Blanchardstown and all you need is a copy of your online purchase.

If we find that the product has been tampered with and is not suitable for resale we can not refund you and we will simply post the item back to you.

We will refund your delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged but we will not do this if an item is simply not wanted. Should you have any questions regarding our policy please contact us at hello@babyelegance.com 

 


United Kingdom – Returns

From the 1 January 2021, when the Brexit transition period ends, shopping with us from the UK will now become a 3rd country purchase.

The delivery charge will cover the delivery to the UK and you will not be asked to pay VAT on arrival of the parcel into the UK. This will be paid by Baby Elegance.

We will continue to accept eligible returns. If the reason for return is the result of an error (e.g. if the item is defective / damaged / incorrect), any costs incurred for the return will be paid by Baby Elegance. Otherwise, any costs incurred for the return (including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable) will be payable by the person returning the goods.

We must be made aware of an issue with the item within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise the return of the parcel and the costs incurred of the return will be payable by the person returning the goods.
