“First thing I recommend is that you learn to read your baby’s body language.
Start to get to your baby before they become overtired. Intense eye rubbing, big type yawning and agitation is not what you’re looking for. You want to try to get to your baby when you see brief eye rubs, brief yawns, brief moments of quiet.
Actually, that can be considered the first positive step towards great sleep.
Get your child before they become overtired and they will actually be easier to get to sleep and they actually will start to stay asleep longer.”
